We are looking for a Logistics Intern to support our logistics team in organizing and coordinating daily operational tasks.
Directly reports to the: Logistics Manager
WHAT will be your responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and managing inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Order Processing: Help in receiving, verifying, and processing orders accurately and timely.
- Shipment Coordination: Support in the scheduling and coordinating shipments, including tracking and ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
- Warehouse Support: Engage in tasks related to warehouse operations including organizing, labelling, and moving stock items.
- Data Entry: Ensure accurate data entry into logistics systems and maintain up-to-date records.
- KPI Report Generation: Assist in preparing and generating logistical reports for management review.
- Compliance & Safety: Support compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
WHAT do we expect from you:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency (B2/C1)
