Position overview:

Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Regional Logistics team across EMEA. This position includes reporting and monitoring of urgent loads, cross border movements and packaging logistics and close cooperation with packaging team and Regional Transport Administration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using the Transporeon standard reports and Freight Cost Reporting to produce a regional / EMEA scorecard for cost, service and sustainability
• Publishing the KPI’s daily, weekly and by period
• Creating reports based on requests from Regional logistics managers and Logistics Director
• Tracking urgent loads
• Understanding if cross border movements can be matched to reduce cost and Co2
• Ensuring that movements are optimized and on Transporeon
• Working on daily admin tasks previously undertaken in the regions and communicating to warehouses and logistics providers
• Cooperating with central packaging team and local logistics teams to provide support and training
• Maintenaning of SAP and Transporeon system

What are we looking for?

• International business and logistics experience
• Excellent planning skills
• Work collaboratively across departments and regional logistics
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Desirable knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, German or other European language
• Desirable knowledge of SAP and/or Transporeon systems
