Details About The Role & What We Value

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll ensure our Lufthansa Group Airlines customers have the best travel experience possible. All you need are good German and English language skills and a positive attitude.

Expect to assist our passengers with making new bookings, changing plans or adding services.
