Machine Sourcing Team Leader Europe 

The Machine Sourcing Team Leader will provide effective leadership in setting standards for machine purchasing, ensuring policies are maintained throughout Europe. He/she will recommend commodities improvements and provide approved options by developing, consolidating, and finding new suppliers.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Develop preferred suppliers to meet cost, quality and co-operation targets / Develop global suppliers and global contracts to benefit the company
• Manage a team of indirect officer sourcing for machines located in the remote sites
• Supplier preselection and recommendation for machines, services or instruments in accordance with following aspects: technical know-how (quality), list of requirement (LOR), timeline, price, etc.
• Manage commodities negotiating with supplier within defined strict bandwidth
• Setup global price/contract
• Clarification of delivery and service obligations (drawing, List of requirement (LOR), specifications, etc.) with suppliers 
• Ensure Company's Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) are applied properly in the Plant
• Follow the system workflow requirement provided by European HQ

Our requirements:

• University degree of professional qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related
• Professional experience of ideally 3 to 5 years on related positions in a modern manufacturing environment
• Relevant experience in machines material management, manufacturing, purchasing or project transfer
• Proficient English language skills - both written and verbal
• High negotiation skills and assertiveness, extensive supplier relationship management skills
• Capable of dealing with pressure and adversity
• Highly responsible, emphatic, compliant with respective company regulation
• Intercultural competence
