Main duties and responsibilities for this position include:

• Schedule maintenance plans, tasks and resources in cooperation with engineering and production departments
• Ensure maintenance plans and task lists are created, updated and documented by asset
• Ensure the implementation of the Company Maintenance Strategy by aligning maintenance plans with business plans for short and long term requirements
• Participate in certification and standardization processes
• Maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in accordance with some maintenance strategies
• Supervision and coordination of automation, as well as maintenance and project work of technicians and contractors
• Coordination with production, quality management and technical services
• Managing and ensuring that operators, mechanics, electricians have effective training

Profile of the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Technical sciences
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar role
• Advanced computer skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Initiative and drive for result
• Structured and clear on priorities
