JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading a team of Maintenance personnel (Mechanics, Electricians)
- Prepares yearly preventive maintenance plan for production equipment
- Ensures follow up and reporting of PM plan execution
- Organize regular assessment of production machines condition
- Ensure corrective maintenance and repairs in a very short response time
- Create, train and enforce maintenance procedures
- Report maintenance KPIs (MTTR,MTBF,RT)
- Maintenance Workshop responsible for 5S
- Cooperates with other departments to ensure the continuous operation of production
- Participates in the installation and commissioning of new and used production machines
- Continuous optimization and reporting of spare parts stock level and consumption rate
- SAP PM modul key user
- Follow and work according requirements of the company's rules, specially: GMP, QMS, EHS, LEAN
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. or Higher technical education in mechanics or electrical engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leading or managerial position in industrial maintenance
- Microsoft Office
- SAP PM modul
- Good problem-solving and organizing skills needed
- Able to read mechanical drawings and/or wiring diagrams
