Here are the qualification you need for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Proven experience in spare parts management and inventory control is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of 5S methodology and warehouse management principles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

What should be your tasks?

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date catalogue of all spare parts, components, and materials used in our manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information on part numbers, descriptions, suppliers, and critical inventory data.
• Oversee all warehouse activities related to spare parts, including receiving, storage, organization, and issuing of materials.
• Implement and maintain a 5S methodology for a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct regular cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify the root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize inventory variances.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong relationships with vendors for reliable spare parts sourcing.
• Assist in the procurement process by providing accurate specifications and requirements for spare parts orders.
