We are seeking a Maintenance & Spare Parts Manager, responsible for developing and executing maintenance and spare parts strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance, energy efficiency, and cost control. Leads the team, manages resources, and drives improvements across production and utility systems.
KEY RESPONISIBILITIES:
- Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of all equipment in the production lines and utilities to maximize uptime.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure cost-effective stock levels.
- Organize and manage annual overhauls of production and utility equipment.
- Leads projects and initiatives related to equipment installation and modernization.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach the maintenance team; ensure succession planning.
- Responsible for managing the performance and development of team members in accordance with the company's processes and practices
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and other key departments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and related audits.
- Use SAP and KPIs to track performance and cost efficiency.
- Participate in plant and cross-plant projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical education (minimum level VI)
- 4–5 years of experience in maintenance or production management (FMCG preferred)
- Experience leading teams and managing technical projects (e.g. line installations, annual maintenance planning)
- Strong understanding of bottling plant operations and related functions is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Advanced English proficiency
