This role gives you the opportunity to be at the heart of fleet operations, ensuring that trucks and trailers are always safe and ready for the road. Whether you are just starting your career in Niš (no prior experience required) or already have 6–12 months of hands-on experience in the trucking industry at our other location in Belgrade, you’ll gain valuable technical expertise, work in an international environment, and be part of a supportive team that values growth, innovation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring technical condition and performing regular servicing of trucks and trailers
- Organizing and coordinating regular and emergency services with external workshops
- Keeping records of services, repairs, and vehicle inspections
- Identifying technical problems and resolving them in a timely manner
- Controlling maintenance costs and optimizing the consumption of spare parts
- Collaborating with drivers and reporting detected malfunctions or risks
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to technical inspections and certifications
- Ordering spare parts and consumables in cooperation with the procurement team
What We’re Looking For:
- For location in Niš: no prior experience required – we provide full training and onboarding
- For location in Belgrade: entry-level experience (6–12 months) in vehicle maintenance within transportation or logistics, preferably in the trucking industry
- Understanding of heavy-duty vehicle mechanics and basic technical systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems “on the go”
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email)
- Fluent English language skills
- Shift-based work schedule
