Manager HR System and Reports

For our client Grammer Business Center a newly established Global Business Center based in Niš, we are seeking an experienced Manager - HR System and Reports who will be a part of the initial team as they have launched their new state-of-the-art business center with modern amenities.

As an initial team member, you will have a unique chance to influence processes, and strategies, and to work on globally diverse and challenging projects.

Main tasks:

• Creation, control, and provision of HR reports. 
• Responsible for definition of HR data quality parameters and identification of reporting and analytics potentials. 
• Further development of our HR system landscape.
• HR User Management SAP
  Administration and assignment of global HR authorizations in SAP HCM (authorization administration). Creation of change requests for systemic adjustments and for the HR role concept (local).
• Report Generation & HR Analytics
  Generate standard reports for the business and provide insights into key HR metrics via dashboards. Further develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics.
• Governance Org.Mgmt. / Master Data
  Ensure implementation of organizational changes in the designated systems.
• Data Management
  Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the systems, managing data imports and exports, and troubleshooting data-related issues as they arise.
• HR Systems Landscape
  Further development of the HR Systems landscape with a focus on usability and global end-to-end processes.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in HR Management (Core Processes)
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics tools
• Experience in a relevant HR Cloud solution
• Excellent skills in SAP (PA, PT, PY, OM), BW
• Professional and disciplinary
• Excellent skills in English language
