Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Technical field
• Experience in managing production operations in terms of people management, financial management and reporting
• Experience in process improvement and efficiency increase
• Familiarity with HSE legislative
• Fluency in English
• Professional seniority and personal integrity
• Organisational skills and authority

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of strategic and operational plans for the local plant
• Ensuring finance operations improvement and providing financial reporting to HQ
• Maximization of efficiency and effectiveness of the team, costs optimization and overall improvement of profitability
• Monitoring, evaluation and support of line managers and other team members
• Enforce full alignment with HSE policies and overseeing its implementation
• Ensure proper production utilization in line with balanced raw materials purchasing and final product sales tactics and execution
• Liaison between internal and external stakeholders as well as being the official representative to local authorities
