Job Description

► Planning and installations of new production lines  and modifications of existing machines

► Project and budget responsibility for new production lines and customer projects

► Coordinating activities with involved departments to relase your targets and your projects (Logistic, Technical support, Quality)

► Planning and executing production trials and 0-series

► Creating and improvement of products and production processes, in co-operation with the other locations and departments worldwide

► Optimizing process steps and examining/implement new production methods

► Planning and documenting work steps, workflows and procedures

► Revising technical documentation and technical requirements

► Creating work instructions, control plans and proces FMEA

► Defining information and material flow (inlcuding fifo and supermarket concept and defining a lot size)

► Present area of responsibility to the customers/visitors

► Coordinating activities with external suppliers (machine, tooling and material suppliers)

Qualifications

► Enjoy to work in dynamic manufacturing enviroment

► Relevant working experience (manufacturing engineering, process engineering) at least 2-3 years, preferably in automotive industry

► A good knowledge of Lean, 5S, FMEA and 8D report

► Distinct knowledge in SAP Productive Systems and MS Office Applications

► University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a comparable field of study

► Fluency in English language
