Marketing Assistant - Manager
We are a leading US e-commerce Omni-Channel marketing company seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager to support our CEO/CMO. This role demands a well-rounded marketing professional with comprehensive knowledge across all marketing channels, including Amazon and social media marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate will assist our senior leadership in executing marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and ensuring operational excellence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Support: Assist the CEO/CMO in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Amazon Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage our top 8% of Amazon FBA accounts, including listing optimization, keyword research, inventory management, and product launches. Utilize Amazon Seller Central to track and improve sales performance.
Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Build a robust social media presence and foster community engagement.
Content Development: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and product descriptions.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and strategies.
Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution. Manage marketing calendars and workflows.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO/CMO, including scheduling, communication, and coordination of marketing activities.
Remote Work: Work independently within your time zone, with required overlap with USA EST time zone, primarily 11 am-2 pm EST, to collaborate with the Senior Team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in Amazon FBA, social media marketing, and multi-channel marketing.
Skills:
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
