Digital Dot NYC is an agency focused on delivering end-to-end digital marketing solutions. We are seeking an individual to manage our lead generation campaigns, specifically aimed at acquiring new clients for our agency, with a focus on email marketing and social ads.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies, particularly through email marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive content and optimizing campaigns to drive maximum conversions.
- Social Ads Management: Design, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads.
- Campaign Strategy & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm, strategize, and execute campaigns. Your role will involve both developing creative ideas and coordinating their implementation with the team to ensure seamless execution.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns. Ensure that all project elements are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance goals.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on email subject lines, social ad creatives, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media advertising to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Email Marketing (MailChimp) Expertise: Strong background in planning, creating, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive conversions.
- Social Ads Experience (Meta Ads Manager): Hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Excellent Writing & Communication: Strong writing skills for crafting compelling marketing copy, along with effective communication skills for team collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools like Trello, Slack, and Google Spreadsheets to keep tasks and deadlines on track.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experience with Automation Tools: Familiarity with email marketing automation platforms and social ad management tools.
