Customer Experience Magazine (cxm.co.uk and cxm.world), part of Awards International, a UK based company with 3 offices in Serbia, is looking for a Marketing Executive.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing executive who is able to take over execution of all marketing campaigns, develop and upgrade products and grow to be able to work with clients directly and sell the products. 

Our ideal candidate has an excellent spoken and written English as well as experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, with a particular focus on executive paid advertising campaigns, as well as long-term strategy of growing the magazine - brand, popularity and subscribers base. 

CXM Marketing Executive will be working as part of the marketing team while collaborating with the CXM Editorial team to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications. If you are a people-person who loves a rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Related experience as a marketing professional with an international exposure
• Deep understanding of email marketing, advertising, social media, as well as PPC advertising.
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Ability to project manage campaigns and competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 
• Ability to generate effective lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge on branding and growth of an online publication
• Self-starter – high energy level
• Positive and enthusiastic
