Marketing Manager

Adecco is looking for a motivated and competent candidate for the position of Marketing Manager in Maldives on behalf of our client Aima Construction.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our construction company in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and marketing, with a strong focus on identifying new clients, securing construction projects, and maintaining excellent client relationships in the construction related field.

 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Understand and address clients' construction needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts to secure profitable projects and ensure favorable terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
• Promptly address and resolve any client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and projects.

Experience and Key Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Experience in the construction or related industries is preferred.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
• Familiarity with construction services and industry trends is an advantage.
