We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT company.

Fiscal Solutions is an international IT company providing a cloud-based software solution for fiscalization, recognized as one of the best in the market. We also offer consulting services regarding fiscalization laws and regulations in 27 countries worldwide.

Our clients include Tier 1 retailers such as Prada, Desigual, Hugo Boss, Deichmann, Metro Cash & Carry, Jysk, and IKEA, as well as global POS software vendors.

What We’re Looking For

Mindset & Soft Skills

• You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• You enjoy working on both internal (employer branding, team events) and external (campaigns, content) marketing projects.
• You are confident in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and moderating public sessions.

Skills & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license.

Technical / Marketing Experience

• Up to 2 years of marketing experience (internships included).
• You’re excited about writing for tech products, even if you’re just starting to learn about them.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Content creation for technical products such as SaaS platforms, APIs, or retail compliance tools
• Pipedrive or similar CRM tools
• Canva, Trello, CapCut or video editing tools
• Mailchimp or any email campaign tool
• Writing blog posts, product updates, or short business-oriented explainers
• Hosting or moderating events like webinars or conferences 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events such as webinars, podcasts, conferences, and networking meetups.
• Serve as a moderator or host during webinars and live sessions to ensure smooth execution and engagement.
• Create and run digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, email).
• Support employer branding activities in collaboration with the HR team (internal campaigns, employee interviews, team building content).
• Generate marketing content: blog posts, short videos, event announcements, and case studies.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on campaign goals and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends, competitors, and industry news.
• Ensure brand consistency and campaign delivery timelines.
• Keep marketing calendars and task boards updated across platforms.
