We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, international team and to to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. If you’re passionate about driving growth, building brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan to support business growth and lead generation goals.
- Manage our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram – including organic content planning, community engagement, and paid campaign management.
- Coordinate and oversee all online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Lead the development and execution of inbound marketing efforts such as lead magnets, landing pages, and email nurturing campaigns.
- Manage & coordinate content and creative visual creation for all channels (social media, paid ads, email, blog).
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails
- Drive and optimize SEO strategy in collaboration with content creators and technical teams to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools to guide decisions and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as SEO and Paid Ad experts, marketing agencies, designers, sales team, etc.
- Coordinate the design and production of offline marketing assets
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably related to event management
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Youtube, etc.)
- Experience with SEO best practices, and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with email marketing & CRM platforms (e.g. MailerLite, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with visual content creation tools (e.g. Canva or similar) is recommended
- Openness to using AI-powered tools (e.g. for content creation, automation, analytics) to improve efficiency and creativity
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. SocialChamp etc) for scheduling and analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools
