WHAT will you be doing:

• Research, develop and execute marketing strategies in line with agreed company targets
• Develop and lead marketing teams delivering against agreed key performance indicators
• Creating a strategy for social media marketing and engagement
• Planning and preparation of promotional campaigns - digital and traditional media
• Creating and Publishing a wide range of internal and  external promotional materials in line with marketing strategy
• Pro-actively analyzing current trends and marketing activities in the food industry
• Organizing and executing marketing campaigns, word fairs, and other relevant events
• Ensure a consistent brand look & feel and tone of voice, and act as the brand guardian to ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines.

WHAT we expect from you:

• Relevant degree in marketing, communication, and management
• Relevant (or 2 years) marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal, along with well-developed influencing and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments
• Proficient English
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and self-motivation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
