Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• communication and coordination of existing partners;
• create a plan for social networks and implementation of a plan; 
• create a plan for marketing activities monthly ;
• communication with new partners, providing onboarding and coordinate the implementation; 
• advising on the materials which should be used on marketing activities and providing all necessary materials to partners ;
• measuring marketing activities and create an improvement plan;
• marketing strategy for brand development.

Requirements:

• at least 3+ years of experience as Marketing Manager;
• thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional (Content, PR, event) and digital marketing such as Social media etc.) and market research methods;
• familiarity with analytical and data visualisation tools (Google Analytics, Google Excel);
• strong  problem-solving and multitasking skills, stress resistance, agility to adapt and quickly change directions;
• high level of responsibility, punctuality, initiative, proactivity, and communication skills;
• high level of spoken and written English. Serbian - native.
