With offices across the global and headcount growth at over 3x in just the last year, we’re looking to add a marketing rockstar to our existing team.
Who You Are:
Have you helped get a marketing team off the ground at an early stage company? Perhaps you researched customer personas and helped define messaging? Did you also create content and even help run high-performing marketing campaigns into the tech industry?
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us build out our marketing strategy and work closely with our sales team to drive customer growth. You’ll be responsible for coming up with our content strategy, working closely with our outbound sales teams, and setting a foundation for major growth in 2021. (Our sales team is hungry and they demand more!)
You’ll need a solid B2B marketing background, strong writing chops, comfort being scrappy in a startup environment, and the ability to just get things done independently. Experience in account based marketing a HUGE plus
What You'll Do
Define our content creation and marketing strategy across our multiple business units.
Help us write kick-ass case studies, whitepapers, and sales assets to help our sales team push deals through the sales process
Work closely with our outbound sales team to define and execute an account-based marketing strategy into a defined set of target accounts across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine our unique value proposition and ensure that it is reflected across all of our branded websites and marketing materials.
Formalize our compete strategy including research into competitors and distilling down findings into a format our sales teams can use to improve how they execute
Partner with our demand gen team (PPC, SEO, Social ads) and bridge the “information gap” between sales and marketing so that each team is in alignment on experiments, market insight, and focus.
What You'll Bring
Prior success — you have at least 3 years experience in a B2B marketing capacity demonstrating measurable success
Passion — you have an excellent knowledge of content creation and distribution and naturally stay informed of the latest developments
Creativity — you’re able to develop new ideas and find interesting ways to reach our target customers
Willingness to take risks — you aren’t afraid to take chances and know when it's appropriate to take risks
Communication skills — you are a natural storyteller and have outstanding written communication skills
Adaptability — things change quickly at a fast-paced, early-stage startup and you’ll need to keep up!
Organizational skills — you’re able to juggle multiple initiatives with ease
