Role Description: |
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and support tenant success at the shopping center. The role oversees all facets of marketing, including strategic planning, market research, campaign management, public and tenant relations and brand development. |
Responsibilities: |
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the annual and long-term marketing strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Campaign & Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns—across digital, print, outdoor, and on-site events—to drive foot traffic, increase engagement, and support tenant performance.
- Tenant & Partner Relations: Collaborate with tenants on joint marketing initiatives and negotiate promotional agreements to enhance visibility and meet revenue targets.
- Brand & Space Commercialization: Manage internal branding initiatives and oversee the commercialization of key areas, including kiosks, promotional spaces, and signage opportunities.
- Digital & Media Presence: Oversee content and performance of the center’s website, social media platforms, and email campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external marketing agencies and service providers to ensure high-quality execution of communication and promotional activities.
- Public Relations: Manage media outreach, press releases, communications to uphold the center’s reputation and visibility.
- Market Insights & Performance Tracking: Monitor customer behavior, industry trends, and campaign results to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment.
- Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Prepare and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and budget status to senior management and stakeholders.

Your skills and qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, shopping centers, or commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Proven experience in event planning and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
