Marketing Operations Manager

Marketing Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Expanding a company's reach and market presence in existing distributor led and new markets
• Developing marketing activation strategies: Creating  plans to drive consumer engagement, product awareness, and brand visibility through various marketing channels for the assigned markets
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and market expansion
• Enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market needs
• Implement category strategy
• Develop the annual (rolling) activity plan and channel/customer execution plan

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelors degree in Marketing or Management
• 5+years experience in marketing (operational)  preferably within FMCG and covering more countries
• Project management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects effectively.
• Data analysis and reporting: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Budget management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams within the organization.
• Campaign execution: Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Performance measurement: Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the success of marketing initiatives.
