ennovationHUB is a leading online e-commerce retailer in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 120,000 happy customers worldwide.
We seek an additional hands-on and hard-working Google Ads specialist to work alongside our Google Ads Manager. If you understand Google Shopping advertising well and are eager to apply and grow these skills, we want to hear from you.
- Be responsible for Google Ads in a defined market space (Ads, Shopping, Display).
- Crеаte аnd manage shopping feеd and related campaigns within your market space/brand
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to hit business and marketing KPIs, with a focus on cost-effective traffic growth and brand awareness-driven activity.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Identify key performance levers for each activity type and recommend optimizations to maximize revenue within the budget
- Monitor industry trends with a view to opportunities to translate and execute them into the business
- Work closely with the Google Ads team to develop and align media strategy with broader business objectives
- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the e-commerce retail industry, including marketplace changes and platform updates.
Job requirements
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing. Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you have a knack for organizing and interpreting data. - Demonstrable 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience working in Google Ads;
- Experience in implementing text and shopping campaigns and strong knowledge of PPC best practices regarding structure, optimization, and implementation;
- Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an e-commerce context;
- Degree in business studies or similar;
- Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, with an interest in how technology can facilitate or automate our work;
- Commercial mindset;
- Strong knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;
