Job overview

As we expand, we are seeking an energetic, tenacious, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, expand awareness, and generate high impact opportunities. This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in shaping SETVI’s growth story and redefining revenue management for manufacturers and distributors.

We’re seeking a skilled marketer with 2+ years of SaaS (Software as a Service) experience who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. In this role, you will:

  • Craft compelling content that engages and converts.
  • Lead our social media presence to amplify visibility and reach.
  • Maintain and optimize our website to drive stronger performance.
  • Partner with the Business Development Manager to effectively strategize campaigns, events and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with our target audience.
  • Optimize all content for SEO while ensuring consistency with SETVI’s brand voice and messaging.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow SETVI’s presence across key platforms including LinkedIn
  • Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies to boost reach and visibility.

Website Management

  • Review, update, and refine website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact.
  • Partner with designers and developers to enhance the user experience and support lead generation goals.

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align marketing with sales initiatives.
  • Support events, webinars, presentations, and campaigns with compelling materials and creative execution.
  • Develop marketing collateral that strengthens brand consistency across all channels.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), and social media platforms
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, creative self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the company’s success.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Basic knowledge of AI or design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
  • Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B marketing best practices

The selection process

  1. Submit your resume and a sample of your work (published blog posts, or any other relevant materials)
  2. HR interview (30 minutes)
  3. Interview with our Business Development Manager (30 minutes)
  4. Showcase your skills: present a 30/60/90 day marketing plan for SETVI to our management team (45 minutes)
  5. Final interview with the CEO (30 minutes)
