Fiscal Solutions is an international IT company with its own product - a Cloud-based software solution for fiscalization, highly acclaimed and recognized as one of the best in the market. We also offer consulting services regarding fiscalization laws and regulations in 27 countries worldwide. 

Our customers are top Tier 1 retailers such as Deichman, Metro Cash & Carry, Jysk, and Ikea, as well as POS software vendors from all over the world. The company has over 60 employees in several departments, including Development, Sales, Legal, Field & Repair, Marketing, Help Desk, Administration, etc.

What You’ll Own

• Lead a small, motivated marketing team — inspire, mentor, and make space for great ideas
• Organize and run engaging webinars, podcasts, and digital events that people actually enjoy attending
• Create new, creative ways to connect with leads, clients, and partners — beyond cold messages
• Be our go-to person for outreach ideas, campaign structure, and brand storytelling
• Work closely with our Creative Director, HR, and Sales to align messaging across the board
• Represent our brand at events and conferences — and build a network you’re proud of
• Help shape the way we talk about ourselves as a B2B tech brand in retail
• Guide content creation (written, video, design) — while keeping the process smooth and clear
• Use data (not guesswork) to tweak and improve campaigns that deliver results
• Manage calendars, budgets, deadlines, and campaign timelines
• Contribute to employer branding projects — your input will help shape how future teammates see us
• Build relationships with partners, media, and communities that align with our brand

You're a Fit If You:

• Have 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience — B2B or agency side preferred
• Have led a team, or driven projects across different departments
• Feel confident running events, panels, or online sessions
• Love brainstorming, testing new tools, and pushing ideas from concept to launch
• Communicate clearly, think ahead, and take ownership of what you lead
• Are fluent in English (we work across markets daily)
• You're tech-savvy and proactive, comfortable with AI tools, no-code platforms, and marketing software tools, webinar tools (Zoom, StreamYard), Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, Notion, LinkedIn Ads, GA, Zapier, and email platforms—always looking to automate, optimize, and learn fast, with bonus points for HTML/CSS, Loom, or Airtable

Bonus: you’ve worked in SaaS, retail tech, or with international clients
Bonus: you’ve spoken at or helped organize events, podcasts, or meetups
