HR Fabrika is an HR company that covers wide range of HR services including recruitment and selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client, engineering company and a leader in railway technology, we are now looking for a candidate for the position:

Marketing and Communications Manager
Belgrade

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and directing all communication initiatives, aligning them with the company mission and objectives.
  • Partnering with management to devise and execute an integrated marketing and communication strategy.
  • Enhancing and streamlining existing communication activities for a consistent and coherent approach.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to captivate technical talent and energize recruitment efforts by strategically optimizing our social media presence.
  • Working with the marketing team to create a comprehensive content plan that represents brand and services
  • Ensuring uniform brand identity and design across promotional materials.
  • Leading and managing marketing and communication projects to meet objectives and deliver value.
  • Forming, directing, and managing the corporate marketing and communication team while coordinating with external contractors.
  • Evaluating and reporting on activities regularly to identify areas for improvement.  

Your Profile:

  • Ten years of experience driving integrated B2B marketing campaigns for global industrial brands. 
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven strategies that engage target audiences across digital and traditional channels. 
  • Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Stay on the pulse of the latest technologies and trends to strengthen brand awareness and shape positioning. 
  • A gifted storyteller who makes complex technical innovations accessible through compelling narratives. 
  • Native or fully proficient in English essential; German, French, or Italian language skills preferred. 
  • A collaborative partner who synthesizes input from cross-functional teams into unified campaigns.
  • Innovative pioneer ready to creatively position our technology leadership through strategic marketing. 
  • Analytical, strategic, creative thinker with a passion for excellence. 
  • Portfolio showcasing successful B2B marketing initiatives led from concept to execution.
