Marketing and Contract Management Assistant

General Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management,
• Fluent in Serbian and English,
• Candidates with knowledge of Chinese language will have priority.

Responsibilities of the Position:

(1) The applicant shall be responsible for marketing and business issues for the branch office;

(2) The applicant shall collect information and develop opportunities for consultancy services and design of Infrastructure projects in Serbia;

(3) The applicant shall be responsible for investment opportunities study and implementation;

(4) The applicant shall be responsible for bidding and tendering of infrastructure projects;

(5) The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining relationship with Employers and developing marketing and business channels;

(6) The applicant shall be in charge of the whole process management for Contract (Drafting, Negotiation, Signing, payment and settlement of contract and similar activities);

(7) The applicant shall be responsible for documentation management for contract and written materials;

(8) The applicant shall be in charge of other requested management issues.
