DragonMedia.io is seeking an experienced Marketing/Personal Assistant to join our in-house team in Belgrade. DragonMedia operates a global operation of a digital, performance-led, team of digital marketing specialists who are looking to expand in-house creatives across the globe.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to work alongside the COO. The role will involve some Marketing Assistant duties as well as Personal Assistant duties, you will also be responsible for secretarial work and provide day-to-day administrative support.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Email management
- Team management
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Collating and filing expenses/bookkeeping
Requirements for the role:
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Are a strong team player
- Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Experience working in similar support roles
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet, and other productivity software tools
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
