Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Material & Tool Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The Material & Tool Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate aircraft parts, materials and tools to support line, base, heavy check maintenance, engine shop, components shop operations, with an emphasis towards cost effective on-time procurement solutions.
To define, review or improve and ensure that the processes for material and tool provisioning or delivering services is done in an efficient and quality assured manner. The role shall cover the operational as well as the functional part of the organisation and requires ability to perform process streamlining as well as pursue improvement Group strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all production needs for aviation material, parts and tools
- Process material requests and realization on daily basis from production -domain of aircraft's engine -maintenance and repair
- Monitor the condition of materials and tools, and creates reports on a daily basis
- Report critical items and keep updated data in JAT Tehnika digital solutions
- Facilitate between production and material planning engineers
- Process shipping requests from customers
- Prepare materials for routine work according to the work package
- Customer and production support
Requirements:
- Technical High school diploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Aerospace
- Excellent written communication skills and command of English and Serbian language
- Ability to prioritize tasks and shift focus to meet tight deadlines and manage periods of high workload
- Ability to balance Regulatory compliance, Safety, and Customer expectations
- Adaptability to ever-changing technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
