Senior IT Security Engineer (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Job Description:

A Senior IT Security Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining security technologies within a company. This role includes performing operational tasks related to IT security, monitoring and responding to security threats, as well as working with a variety of security tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a data loss prevention (DLP) system.
• Manage and coordinate a mobile device management (MDM) solution.
• Continuous monitoring of networks, systems, and endpoints to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze security incidents and collaborate with the incident response team.
• Manage and coordinate an access management and multi-factor authentication (MFA) system.
• Manage and coordinate identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access (PAM) solutions.
• Implementation and maintenance of VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Manage and coordinate web filtering and firewall solutions (WAFs).
• Manage and coordinate an endpoint threat detection and response (EDR) solution.
• Preparation and presentation of reports on the state of IT security, incidents and recommended measures for improvement.
• Regular reporting on the status of security initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• Background in IT or Engineering is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security fild.
• Fluent in English.
• Windows and Linux knowledge.
• Knowledge needed for vuln assessment and pen testing SMEs  Knowledge on Computer Networks and Security systems (Vulnerability scanners, SIEM, AV, Mail Gateway, WAF/LB, Proxy, DLP, PAM, pen testing tools).
• Good knowledge of GSM, UMTS and LTE communication systems Proficient with MS Office package.
