BI and Data Analyst (m/f)
City: Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Analyze company indicators to provide actionable business insights and product improvement recommendations.
- Develop and own business intelligence solutions, including BI/data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as a data business partner, understanding and defining business requirements for data assets.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across analytics tools and databases.
- Create and manage documentation, including technical specifications and other related documents for BI processes, systems, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, mathematics, statistics or related field.
- Experience as a Data Analyst – must have.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in data analytics.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer skills: Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, Power Point, Power Automate.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to analyze and understand the business context and logic behind your job responsibilities.
- Excited about working in international teams and using well-written and spoken English daily.
