Mechanical Technician

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician, for our new production facility in Serbia, to work on the
assembly of new production lines as well as on servicing already assembled lines at customer’s site. This includes
activities on machine assembly, testing, quick troubleshooting, regular and preventive maintenance.

Tasks:

• Traveling to China for special training according to the Juli’s technology (3 months).
• Assembly of new machines using machined parts and standard components (bearings, linear guides, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.). Fine mechanical tuning of all mechanisms.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues. Activities in a searching for the cause of problem and solving it. Repair or replacement of mechanical components.
• Conducting general mechanical maintenance according to the maintenance schedule. This includes all necessary activities on the installed equipment to ensure the correct operation of the production line.
• Traveling to customer’s site in order to provide aftersales services. Work directly on the production line to provide immediate assistance and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• High school education in a field of Mechanics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Knowledge of standard industrial mechanical components, experience in their assembly process.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial production equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented, highly observant and analytical with experience in finding the cause of the problem.
• Proficient with hand tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Motivation for frequent business trips abroad if needed (China and Eastern Europe).
