Aicore Consumer Serbia is a young European pharmaceutical company, focused on the development, manufacture, and distribution of medications and medical devices, whose efficacy has been established owing to evidence-based practices. Our production and R&D are in Europe, with representative offices in seven European countries, as we continue to expand our presence across the continent. Serbian office has been active since 2021, growing its presence on the market and among clients.
We are looking for Medical Sales Representatives (m/f), based in Belgrade, that will promote unique herbal medicines OTC portfolio of phyto-pharmaceutical German company Bionorica, as well as future own portfolio.
If you are ready for new challenges and growing with us, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Perform individual visits and double visits (with direct manager) to doctors, pharmacists, and other customers in order to promote Aicore portfolio, according to marketing strategy
- Keep up-to-date database of physicians and pharmacies in the assigned territories
- Daily activities carried out (visits to doctors, pharmacies) in accordance with company policies under the direct guidance of supervisor
- Organize and conduct company product presentations to customers within the assigned budget
- Actively participate in the company meetings and other events planned by the company according to plan
Qualifications:
- Medicine, stomatology or pharmacy university degree
- Work experience of at least 1 year in the position of medical representative in pharmaceutical industry, with good knowledge of terrain and clients in Belgrade and surrounding counties
- High level of computer literacy (CRM database and MS Office)
- Fluent English is a must
- B category driving license and active driver - car will be your "office"

What we offer:
- Employment: full-time, 40hrs/week
- Company car, tablet and mobile phone
- Quarterly bonus depending on personal sales performance and other KPIs after probation period
- Probation period: 6 months
Salary will be discussed at the interview with each candidate.
Start of work: September 2024.
