METHODOLOGIST (ENGINE SHOP TECHNICAL SUPPORT)
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
This leading multinational Company is expanding its global footprint and is looking for enthusiastic talents to support the growth of the operations in Serbia.
Your tasks:
- Creating and maintaining quality standards and operationally compliant work instructions for the maintenance of aircraft engines
- Creating and maintaining the task lists (i.e. work-instructions) in an effective and quality-oriented manner
- Ensure and monitor the compliance aspects of the daily work
- Compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements with respect to creating work instructions
- Evaluating process on efficiencies
- Methodical support to the Engine Services Engineering team when creating orders and modification
- Specialist Technical advice to the engine shop
Candidate profile and qualifications:
- Very good English spoken and written. German language skills would be extremely beneficial in this role
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA basic regulatory requirements
- Commercial or technical education
- Basic knowledge of operational processes of aircraft engine maintenance
- Good communication and a team player
- Abstract thinking skills
- Accurate, conscientious and able to work independently
- Expertise in SAP and MS Office
- Disciplined and able/willing to follow strict rules and procedures/process
- Process oriented mindset
