Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing purchase requisitions of extrusion dies, MRO of the die workshop, caustic soda flakes, etc., in the SAP system.
- Provide die design and modification technological support, including technical communication with MTD and die suppliers from China.
- Prepare and continuously improve work instructions in the workshop to ensure die cooking, die nitriding, die modification, die assembly, and onsite 5S standardization.
- Maintain die ledger, die efficiency report, purchase report, and shipping status.
- Communicate and coordinate with die modification suppliers (local suppliers EDM/CNC, etc.).
- Assist the mold supervisor in completing other temporary or special tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education Background:
- At least graduated from junior college, majoring in die design and manufacturing or related fields.
- Working Experience:
- At least 1 year of work experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Preference for candidates with experience in aluminum extrusion die design or modification.
- Language:
- Proficiency in English for communication and writing.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.
- Proficiency in basic office software, including AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Personality:
- Ability to identify and meet the needs of others, enabling them to achieve their goals without worry.
- Willingness to invest time and energy to help others succeed.
