Your job
- As NPD Engineer (Senior) you have the technical expertise to develop new products on existing platforms, partly in collaboration with other development sites:
- As NPD Engineer (Senior), you identify, collect and evaluate new product ideas and other fact-finding work
- Creating specifications for technology product requirements and functionalities
- Development of electronic components for innovative lighting solutions
- Create simulations and calculations of electrical circuits in the area of power electronics
- Creation of feasibility studies including creation of prototypes based on a product specification
- Analyzing and solving problems which are leading to process problems or yield losses in production
Your profile
- You bring a professional education in Electrical Engineering or a university degree
- You have work experience of at least 5 years within electronic development or technical support
- You have strong analytic skills, enjoy problem-solving, ability to establish priorities and cope with pressure
- Able to work in a team-orientated, target driven environment
- Language skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
- PC literate – “Microsoft Office” programs
- Last but not least, you demonstrate strong customer focus and interaction skills
