About Us:
NYC Limousine VIP LLC is a fast-growing luxury ground transportation company serving major U.S. cities including New York, Miami, Dallas. We are expanding our global support team and are hiring a Senior Accountant based in Serbia to handle full financial oversight, analysis, and reporting for our U.S. operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and oversee bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Develop cash flow forecasts and financial projections
- Prepare and manage budgets, compare actuals to budget, and identify variances
- Track accounts receivable and payable, and reconcile bank statements
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Work with U.S. management to implement cash flow controls
- Assist in preparing documents for tax accountants or auditors when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. accounting and bookkeeping
- Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, budgeting, and financial planning
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies is a must
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with transportation, logistics, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with payroll processing (U.S. or international)
- CPA or equivalent (a plus, not required)
