About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a reliable and proactive Office & Administrative Assistant to help manage daily operations in our growing Novi Sad office.
This is a great entry-level role where you’ll get real-world experience in business and office administration, working closely with our team in Serbia and Israel. No prior experience is necessary — just motivation, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude!
Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the day-to-day functioning of the office and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks that keep everything in place, such as:
- Handling office supplies
- Coordinating with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Keeping the office space tidy and well-equipped (coffee, fruit, water, etc.)
- Organizing and tracking receipts, petty cash, and other small office expenses
- Helping with scheduling, document filing, and general admin support
- Assisting with travel arrangements and logistical support for local team members
- Maintaining communication with landlords and service providers
- Supporting internal events and basic logistics for team gatherings
- Supporting team events and company activities (job fairs, meetups, etc.)
- Keeping employee documents updated and organized
- Providing general support to the Operations team
- Being a helpful, welcoming presence for the team
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach to daily tasks
- Good communication skills (Serbian and English)
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Friendly, service-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates of Business, Administration, Economics, or similar fields
- Anyone looking to gain real-world experience in office operations and business support
