ARPM is hiring an Office Administrator
We are looking for a colleague capable of effective sequential multitasking with strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work remotely (from home or any other location), constantly communicating via multimedia with the other members of ARPM.
Job responsibilities
- Produce documents, formatting and editing text, data, and graphics
- Maintain calendars, schedule (video) meetings, and business trips
- Produces high quality Google sheets as assigned
- Produces basic financial reports
- Files documents, receipts
- Provide HR support: jobs posting, candidates interviews scheduling

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Detail orientedness
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- 3+ years of work experience as Office Administrator
- Self-motivation, ability to take initiative to complete projects
- Ability to prioritize and sequentially multi-task assignments
