We are an international fast-growing healthcare company and as a result of our rapid growth we are looking for an:
Office Administrator (m/f)
that will be based in our office in Belgrade (Serbia)
The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- General office and administrative day to day work
- Participating in activities related to the organization of diverse events (conferences, seminars, workshops, presentations, meetings of working groups/other targeted meetings, etc.)
- Participating in production of different documents, reports, meeting minutes as requested
- Organizing meetings and teleconferences
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Preparing documents final layout
- Travel arrangements (i.e. hotel accommodations, flights, transfers)
- Reception of guests and clients
- Assisting in the organization of PrimeVigilance offices
- To be contact person for various suppliers
- To assist with recruitment process
- Social security administrations, annual leave administration, other admin tasks as required
We expect:
- Experience in similar jobs is an advantage
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work in an international matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
