(Full-time position)
The main task will be ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Running the reception area
- Organizing client meetings
- Maintaining our databases
- Organizing company events, conferences, business travel
- Ordering office materials
- Supervising the work of administrative staff
- Implementing the office administrative systems
Qualifications and skills required:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to work well within team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Fluency in English.
