Job Description:
- Performing of administrative tasks such as business correspondence with business partners, banks and competent authorities, Bookkeeping Agency and providing legal assistance;
- Conducting business correspondence with suppliers and external associates;
- Answering phone calls on the main line and using the central telephone system;
- Organizing and scheduling meetings for the Employees by need;
- Performing pay desk operations, invoicing, processing the outgoing and incoming documentation;
- Timely submission of reports, calculations, forms, and applications to the competent authorities;
- Receiving and posting the mail, organizing courier activities;
- Taking due care of the company’s archive (both digital and hard copy);
- Directly implementing the coordination of the work of the Employees and the organization of work in the premises of the Employer;
- Managing and organizing effective functioning of the Employer’s business premises;
- Taking due care for the proper performance of the Employer’s obligations towards suppliers and other creditors;
- Taking care of the Employer’s equipment and keeping records and documentation on the condition of the equipment, preparation of the equipment inventory and taking due care of the condition of the equipment in general corresponds to the bookkeeping documents;
- Taking direct care about the functional business operations of the Employer, technical maintenance of the premises, and equipment of the Employer, hygiene and functionality of the premises and equipment and undertaking of activities aimed at removing of defects or malfunctions that might in the way obstruct or disrupt Employer’s business;
- Supporting in all administrative tasks se per request of Superior;
- Working in accordance with the processes and procedures of the company and industry’s best practices;
- Serving refreshments to guests as per need;
What do we need:
- Entry level experience needed (or 1-2 Years of working experience on the same jobs);
- High communication skill;
- Independence and proactivity in solving problems;
- Multitasking;
- Economical or business administration background preferred;
- Knowledge of English language is a must;
