Job description:
- Administration of department databases, systems and worksheets
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Providing information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
- Management of information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Management of calendars and set up meetings
- Monitoring daily expenses and weekly preparation of monthly or quarterly reports
- Information formating for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
- Experience on similar position
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
