We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to support our founders and oversee administrative operations. This role combines office management duties with personal assistance, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist with various personal and business-related matters. With strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting the leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a personal assistant role is highly beneficial.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Serbian language proficiency is assumed for internal and local communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence and document preparation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
