Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Office manager ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff.
- Managing back office processes
- Completing tasks necessary for the office maintenance
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Organising company events or conferences dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Managing office budgets.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Assisting the organisation's HR function.
Required qualifications:
- Creative
- Energetic
- Persistent
- Result-oriented
- Experience in a similar position for 2 or more years
- Knowledge of software packages
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
