Office Manager
Market leading Real Estate team is looking for an reliable and motivated Office Manager to join us and support our start up and growth.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Organize and monitor incoming and outgoing mails and documentation
· Edits documents
· Provide general support to visitors
· Maintain contact lists
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
· Monitor and manage office supplies
· Book travel arrangements
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
· Organize office operations and procedures
· Communicate and coordinate vendors and service providers (courier service, IT department, facility management service etc)
· Assistance to management and other team members in administrative tasks
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills:
· Advance knowledge of English (daily use, spoken and written)
· Advanced knowledge of basic software package (MS Office, PDF, Teams, Zoom etc)
· Driving license (B), active driver
· Excellent organizational skills, independent worker, ability to prioritize
· Responsible and diligent working attitude
· Previous experience on a similar position is required (min. 3 years)
