Goldmine is a major international company who are urgently seeking a Office Manager.
We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication safety and good vibe.
Duties include
· Overseeing general office operation.
· Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
· Line management of the business support team, including development planning
· Relationship management and benchmarking of all office suppliers
· Monitor and manage the environment budget and make savings where possible
· Running external events to budget
· Facilities management and scheduling of preventative planned maintenance works
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
Office Manager Requirements:
· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills
· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvement
· Positive attitude
· Ability to multitask and prioritise work
· Experience as office manager, but not necessary
