AXGroup Solutions Belgrade is currently looking to hire a person for Technical Support to join our multidisciplinary firm, based in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Office Technical Support Administrator is responsible for leading Beograd Service desk in terms of Support. The Technical Support has the responsibility to solve issues over the phone, e-mail, chat, online or in person to identify and fix equipment or software issues.
- Fluency in English.
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications (Windows + G Suite).
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
Requirements that will be considered as a plus
- Security information knowledge and experience.
- Strong Drive for results and proactive person.
- Accurate, works independently with attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Responding to callouts in a timely manner.
