Join our team as a Node.js Backend Developer and help us build the future of ESG reporting and decarbonization solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working on cutting-edge tech stacks.

What You'll Do 

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and server infrastructure that support our multi-platform ESG reporting and decarbonization tool.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code in a test-driven and agile environment.
• Contribute to the organization of our codebase, source repositories, and CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking. * Ensure backend services are secure, performant, and production-ready.
• Participate in peer code reviews and help maintain code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js in a production environment.
• Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and scalable backend architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design principles.
• Experience working in Agile teams and with CI/CD tools.
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
• Passion for clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
